This endpoint is served by the shared busybox placeholder from the Tarot compose stack
(infra/compose/compose.yaml). The real service is not deployed yet.
Topology, networks, resource limits, bind mounts and secret delivery are owned by TAR-20 (Compose stack skeleton for the Nuc). The application behind this endpoint lands with its own work item: control plane TAR-24, dispatcher TAR-8, publisher TAR-10, studio TAR-12, storefront TAR-7, identity provider TAR-19.
Nothing here is dynamic and nothing is stored: the page is served read-only over plain HTTP, so it is safe to expose on a loopback upstream or an internal network only.
